Who is a candidate for dermal fillers?

Know the risks of dermal fillers:
Severe complications with dermal fillers are uncommon, but like any procedure there are risks associated, including bruising, swelling, under or over correction. Skin damage and more severe complications such as allergic reactions are rare and will be discussed during the appointment.
How long is the recovery and what are the restrictions?
- Recovery is minimal, and you can return to normal activities immediately, but we recommend avoiding strenuous activities for 24 hours.
- Icing the area will help decrease swelling or bruising that may occur. Any swelling that does occur should subside over 48 hours.
